Ovidiu Cheabac Ovidiu Cheabac – The Pizza Chef, from Romania, left his home country to study Advanced Innovative Pizzeria Technique in Italy in 2003 before becoming a chef at a Rimini restaurant.
Since then he has had his abilities recognised with a range of international awards, including Pizza Chef of the Year at the 2015 International Alternative Pizza Championship.
