• Prepare a booth design that could tell your story and attract buyers
• Include your product in a tasting or masterclass at the cooking stage or at your stand
• Pre-arrange meetings with potential buyers

We encourage our exhibitors to start marketing campaigns and preparation for the event as early as possible, ideally, several months before the event. Early promotion helps to increase awareness about your participation and, as a result, boost your ROI.

In the unlikely case of force majeure, due to pandemic or any prohibitions and restriction to travel, attend, exhibit, beyond organisers and/ or exhibitors control, the organiser will postpone the event and inform, in a timely manner, everyone involved: exhibitors, sponsors, partners, subcontractors. The new dates will be announced immediately and each participant will be offered an option to suit their individual marketing plan.

There are two basic options to exhibit at The European Pizza and Pasta Show: book shell scheme or space-only stands.
