Description
Pizzami is specialized in gluten free frozen production such as traditional Italian pizza. Our production is based on long leavening (minimum 48 hours of natural leavening) and a patented rolling out machine created for our GF doughs and recipe. Our top seller for foodservice is plain pizza crust that has the same taste as artisanal handmade italian pizzas with gluten. We propose pinsa style pizza crusts, bread, traditional focaccia (soft and savory) with different toppings as well. We provide different kind of packaging from single flowpack to ovenable flowpack for single portions of bread.
We have created a line of ALLERGEN FREE plant based pizza crust -healthy and tasty: cauliflower, broccoli, sweet potato and many other.
All our crusts and douogh are VEGAN and FREE FROM GUMS and can be developed as ORGANIC.
We develop private label for retail and we sell our own brand too
