Buyers Programme – Step by step guide:

To assist with your preparation for EPPS, we have put together a step-by-step guide of how to participate in our Buyers Programme.

STEP 1

Apply as a Visitor/Buyer using the Register as Buyer Button.

STEP 2

Qualify

There are three types of Buyers – Guest Buyer, Executive Buyer and Buyer. The team will review your registration, verify your references and confirm your registration.

STEP 3

Appointments

Once the pre-scheduled appointments open you will receive list of selected exhibitors and will be asked to nominate 30 names from the list. You will also be asked to rank your selections in order of preference, number 1 being most important to you. (Your Appointment Schedule is not wholly based on the preference selection that you make).

1) Mutually requested appointments are selected

2) Exhibitor requests are then processed

3) Buyer requests are then processed

STEP 4

Your Appointment Schedule

Your Appointment Schedule will consist of up to 15 appointments for the duration of the event. The appointment schedule will be available and emailed to you two weeks before the opening day of the event. Appointments last between 20 min and 30 min.
